Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Cauliflower Crust Pizza
350 calories per serving and only 5 carbs!

Taken from Eat, Drink, Smile.

My wife made this one and it blew my mind.  Its a pizza with a crust made out of cauliflower.  Think about that for a second.  This is a pizza with no carbs and no gluten!  It tastes awesome.  It doesn’t hold together as well and you should eat it with fork but when you enter it into your calorie counter you won’t mind.
