My wife made this one and it blew my mind. Its a pizza with a crust made out of cauliflower. Think about that for a second. This is a pizza with no carbs and no gluten! It tastes awesome. It doesn’t hold together as well and you should eat it with fork but when you enter it into your calorie counter you won’t mind.
I have spent some time recently exploring the blogosphere to see how other bloggers roll. Most of the blogs I have seen in the weight loss arena take the form of publicized personal journals. Like many of my physician colleagues, I have been accused of harping on a single weight loss message. Weight loss is merely a question of calories in and calories out we usually say. Just make your calorie balance negative and all will be well. You keep on arguing with us. ‘I swear I don’t eat that much, I watch my calories but I’m not losing weight,’ you respond. We then roll our eyes and complain about you in the doctor’s lounge (just kidding).
