The importance of exercise in successful weight loss cannot be overemphasized (you can check out the post before this to learn more about exercise in general). Unfortunately, getting accustomed to exercise is also one of the most challenging parts of any weight loss journey. There are so many reasons why you can’t work out today – you’re tired, you had a long day at work, you don’t belong to a gym, you don’t know what to do, etc.
You have to be un-reason-able to be successful at anything. To help you out, I made up some workouts that are excuse-proof. I wanted to take this opportunity to direct some attention to some of the workouts I have uploaded to the site. You can get to them by clicking on the tab at the top right of the home page. These can be done at home, without equipment, and usually in less than 30 minutes. If you don’t know how to do any of the exercises, demos are available on youtube. These are not meant to be an all-encompassing workout program. They are simply a kickstart to get you going and to help you overcome your excuses. You don’t need a gym or fancy equipment. You don’t need a lot of time. If you do the right exercises, you’ll get the results you need. I’ve tried out all the workouts below and can attest that they are effective.

There are plenty more examples on the “workouts” tab above. I would also love it if you would send me your own workouts that I can post on the page so please do. Be creative! The only rules are that they have to be able to be done at home, without equipment, and in less than 30 minutes.
THANKS!

Hi,
Please remove the photo on this post. It is a picture of my son, who is a minor and you do not have permission to use it. Thank you,
