Workouts

I have created a list of workouts designed to take less than 20 minutes and not require weights or a gym.  My intention is to remove many of the excuses that keep people from getting a good workout.  All of the exercises are based on the principles of high intensity interval training.  I discuss the philosophy and evidence for HIIT in detail in part 3 of my book The Weight Loss Counter Revolution (which can be purchased online by clicking on the link at the top of the left hand column).  I will constantly be adding new workouts.  Please let me know if they are too hard, too easy, or just right.  I am also happy to post your workouts as long as they are less than 20 minutes and can be done without any equipment.  Thanks.  Dr. Grove
