That’s why I’m here to help. I have come up with a 4 week workout plan for you. Each workout can be done at home, without any equipment, and in 20 minutes. The importance of exercise in successful weight loss cannot be overemphasized (you can check out the post before this to learn more about exercise in general). Unfortunately, getting accustomed to exercise is also one of the most challenging parts of any weight loss journey.
